These terms govern your use of chapter190.io and the partner demonstration hosted on it. They do not govern any engagement we may enter with you or with a district — that is set out in a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

The site is informational

Everything on this site is general information about our services. It is not accounting, legal, tax or investment advice, and nothing here creates a professional relationship. Do not act on it in place of advice from a professional engaged to look at your specific facts.

The demonstration uses sample data

The partner demonstration shows a fictional district. Talon Ridge CDD and every other district, figure, vendor, invoice, balance and person in it are invented for illustration. No real district's records and no client information appear anywhere in it. Figures shown are illustrative and are not a forecast, quotation or guarantee of any result.

Access codes

Access to the demonstration is by code, issued to a named person for the purpose of evaluating a partnership. Do not share your code. We may revoke a code at any time, and we log access.

Statutory references

We reference Florida Statutes Chapter 190, Chapter 218, Chapter 189 and Auditor General rules because they shape the work. Those references are provided for orientation, they are current only as of the date shown, and they are not a substitute for reading the statute or for advice from district counsel.

What we do not claim

We describe our own capabilities: reconciliation, review, variance analysis, statutory deadline tracking, board reporting and packet preparation. We do not hold ourselves out as a licensed certified public accounting firm, we do not perform audits or issue audit opinions, and nothing on this site should be read as an audit, attestation or assurance engagement. The independent audit a district requires under section 218.39 is performed by a separate audit firm.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy or republish the site or the demonstration.
• Do not attempt to bypass the access gate or probe it.
• Do not use the site to send anything unlawful.

Our content

The design, copy, and the demonstration are ours. You may share a link. You may not reproduce the material or build a competing presentation from it.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
